There is no lack of information in today’s world. With resources such as Wikipedia, YouTube, EHow, just to name a few. It is almost possible to learn almost anything on a “shoestring” budget (to a certain degree).
There are really only two downsides to the amount of information
- The sheer amount of information is a downside. Many people just get fed up wading through, countless, videos, books, blogs and articles. They often just give up and “do the best they can” unknowingly making serious mistakes.
- The other issue is that the information is not personalized to your needs. In reality, nothing beats being able to ask “someone who knows” and getting the answer in the right “bitesize chunk” way that you need.
This is where we come in. We wade through the information and pick out the most useful, so you don’t have to. We summarise and adapt the information for different levels of expertise.
We aim to guide you to the best material on specific subjects, give you the “heads up” on what you need to know when it comes to career or starting your own business.
It’s what we’ve been doing for the past 40 years.
That’s said, you play an important role in helping us to shape the information to meet your needs, so please respond to blogs that are posted, comment on how useful the information has been to you, or suggest information we can make available to you.
